Your Job – What are your responsibilities at Ayming?
- You will be the first point of contact and responsible for prospecting new B2B clients in the SME/ETI segment. You will target decision-makers and C-level executives, aiming to schedule meetings (in person, via video calls, or phone conversations) for the sales team.
- To achieve this, you will qualify prospects before setting up meetings, define the outreach strategy, and proactively establish contact.
- Additionally, you will keep information up to date in relevant tools, particularly Salesforce, and provide regular reporting to your manager.
We offer training on our business operations, including sales techniques, products, customer relationship management, performance monitoring, Salesforce, and prospecting tools.

Your talents and professional ambitions
You have:
- Preferably, a successful first experience in telephone prospecting (outbound calls) in B2B
- A strong commercial drive
- Perfect command of the English language, knowledge of Portuguese (a plus)
- Knowledge of Salesforce (a plus)

- Skilled in acquisition, development, and negotiation
- Excellent at building relationships, with strong verbal communication skills and a natural ease in phone interactions
