Missions

Strategy and Organization

• Implement the CSP strategy defined by top management.
• Present and negotiate service commitments with various internal clients.
• Organize production according to the commitments made with different internal clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to maximize performance.
• Ensure the automation of services where relevant.
• Monitor the dynamics of the local labor market and propose optimization solutions.

Operations Management and Performance

• Ensure internal client satisfaction and maintain excellent service quality.
• Establish tracking indicators and manage CSP performance.
• Ensure efficient cost management and optimize resources.

Management and Leadership

• Lead and oversee the CSP operational teams.
• Develop employees’ skills and engagement.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Relations

• Act as the key liaison between the CSP and different group entities.
• Ensure smooth and transparent communication with internal clients.
• Manage expectations and anticipate stakeholder needs.

Required Profile

You have:

• Proven experience in Shared Services Center management, operations management, or service transformation.
• Expertise in process optimization, budget management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work and communicate daily in English and French without any barriers.
• An additional language (Spanish, Italian, or German would be appreciated).
